Communication Policy


Open, respectful, and ongoing communication is key to your child’s success and your peace of mind. This policy outlines how we share information with families and how we expect parents to communicate updates, questions, or concerns with us.

📬 Daily Updates

  • Teachers will provide daily summaries via [written reports, app, verbal check-in].

  • You’ll receive notes on meals, naps, moods, and activities.

🗣️ Two-Way Communication

  • Let us know about:

    • Health changes

    • Family transitions (travel, separation, etc.)

    • New routines or concerns

  • We welcome messages via text, email, or call.

⚠️ Incident Reports

  • If your child has a behavioral, health, or safety incident, you will receive a written or digital incident report the same day.

  • A teacher or director will follow up as needed.

  • Best time to call: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Email response time: Within 24 business hours

  • For emergencies: Always call the main line
