Children thrive on routine, and timely pick-up is part of building trust and stability. It also respects the provider’s time and other commitments.

⏰The following guidelines explain our expectations for pick-up and what happens when parents are late.

• Pick-Up Time: No later than 5:15pm.

• Late Fee: $1 per minute past 5:15pm, due at pick-up or added to the following week’s tuition.

• Chronic Late Pick-Ups: More than 3 incidents in 60 days will result in termination of care.

• Procedure: After 30 minutes with no contact, emergency contacts are called. After 60 minutes, authorities may be contacted.
