• Photos and videos may be taken during daily activities, special projects, or milestones for internal documentation and parent updates.

• Images may be shared via private communication channels (e.g., printed daily sheets, text, email, or a secure family app).

• Media will never be shared publicly (e.g., social media, website, marketing) without specific written parental consent.

• All families must complete and sign a Photo/Media Consent Form during enrollment.

• Parents may opt out at any time by submitting a written request.

• Children without media consent will not appear in group photos or videos shared outside of the classroom.
