✅ Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following electronic payment methods:

Zelle:

• Note: Please include your child’s full name and the week(s) being paid for in the memo line.

Zelle transfers are typically instant and have no processing fees, which helps us keep administrative costs low.

PayPal:

• PayPal Email: KatSellers@bbchildcareacademy.com

• Click here to pay via PayPal (Insert actual PayPal payment link)

• Please select “Friends & Family” to avoid extra fees, and include your child’s name and payment dates in the note section.

⚠ If "Goods & Services" is selected, PayPal will deduct a processing fee. Parents are responsible for covering any fees deducted from tuition.

📅 Tuition Due Dates

• Payments are due each Monday by drop-off time.

• Payments made after Monday are considered late and will incur a $10 daily late fee.

• Returned payments (e.g., insufficient funds) will be charged a $25 fee, in addition to any bank fees incurred.

💡 Best Practices for Smooth Payments

• ✅ Set a recurring reminder in your phone or calendar for Monday mornings.

• ✅ Always include your child’s name and dates of care in the memo or notes section.

• ✅ If you're using a different name/account than the one on file, notify the provider so your payment is properly credited.

• ✅ Let us know immediately if you experience any technical issues or anticipate a delay.

• Tuition is non-refundable, regardless of absences, holidays, or closures.

• Continued late payments or non-payment may result in termination of care.
